Good thing I stuck that cord back in, or this joke would be pretty peculiar.
I promise that the book is forthcoming. I should have made a more concerted effort before my semester started, but I did not. Never fear, I think I have most of my formatting issues sorted out. All I’m really working on at this point is an appendix and then I’ll upload it to Lulu and see what happens. Stay tuned.
